Welcome to the Central Illinois Recovery Coalition (CILRC)

For as long as one can remember, recovery has always been thought to include only those overcoming mental or chemical addictions.  To broaden the knowledge and understanding of recovery, the Central Illinois Recovery Coalition was founded in 2006 at a Recovery Ambassadors Summit in Springfield, IL.

CILRC will advocate for all in recovery including those recovering from homelessness, substance abuse, ex-offenders, and mental health through legislation, community awareness and assisting families with locating recovery resources.
