MISSION: To end discrimination, broaden social understanding and achieve a just response from the community!
VISION: We envision a community that everyone has a voice in. A community where people can live, work, and learn without being affected by a stigma based on their past. Regardless of what that past may have encompassed, we believe that all people should be expected and supported in their recovery from whatever that past challenge has been!
PRINCIPLES: To accomplish this mission, CILRC commits its individuals and collective measures to:
- Promote public awareness
- Reduce stigma
- Publicize resources
- Change unjust laws
- Advocate for individuals who have no advocate
- Educate our Legislators about issues that affect our citizens
